Our land of the free, country never seemed very alarmed about the sun. Even though we understand for a fact that the sun's destructive rays can and will lead to premature aging, sun spots, wrinkles, and often cancer, we still carry on in it like mindless idiots. Even as time passes and exposure to the sun is discouraged, people still continue to sun bathe and strive for rich dark tans to maintain year-round. It is an enigma no doubt.

Do the research! Before you pick up the habit of sun bathing, read a few recent articles on skin cancer. It is after all brought on by the sun's harmful UV rays. Once you get the scoop, you may be excited about a few sun protection hats and some sunblock after all. Preserve your youth and beautiful skin by keeping it out of the sun. When you do go outside this summer, remember that much-needed sun-screen. It is well worth the small cost.
